We are a member of NAPPS and IPSA. Our mission is to have your papers served anywhere in the US or locally. We have a network of process servers in Atlanta, GA which cover the entire area. Our Atlanta network are all paralegals and most are licensed PIs. Dennis Nowik, the managing member, is registered under one of the oldest fully licensed PI agencies in Georgia. We can refer all your litigation support needs to that agency.

Our Business

Forsyth Legal Services was founded in 1996 by Dennis Nowik and was formerly known as Dawson Legal Services. The company became an LLC in 2007.

The founder and managing member has a BBA in Marketing and Public Relations. In 1990 he received an ABA approved paralegal certificate from the National Center for Paralegal Training in Atlanta, Ga. He also has a certificate in Private Investigation from Chattahoochee Technical Institute in Marietta, Ga.
